Liquid analysis Memosens 2.0 – Memosens technology is all about digitalization of measured values directly in the sen sor head, contactless digital signal transmission and diagnostics and storage of all sensor-relevant data in the sensor itself. Memosens 2.0 combines ultra-modern technologies with maximum practicability. Additional process data and diagnostic information will enable precise predictions as to the current state and future maintenance requirements. The new Memosens gen eration is fully backward compatible.

Level The new Liquiphant and the new generation Micropilot 80 GHz radar sensors For increased plant availability, the integrated Bluetooth® interface and SmartBlue app enable you to fetch valid information for a process opti mization or, for example, to plan predictive maintenance. For this purpose, the Micropilot FMR6xB continuous level transmitters also have further digital interfaces e.g. Ethernet-APL.

Temperature iTHERM TrustSens has the world's first RTD sensor capable of fully automated in-situ self-calibration. The device virtually eliminates the risk of undiscovered non conformities, reduces downtimes and increases product safety and process efficiency in plants. It is compliant with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 requirements and GMP guide lines. The automatically created calibration certificates as well as the additional information from the measur ing device can be used for other plant optimization scenarios.
